About Katie

I realized at a very young age that I was in love with photography: first with the beautiful images that I would spend hours looking at and then later with wanting to create my own. 
 
In 2000 I graduated from The Savannah College of Art and Design. I started in the industry with print production and retouching, then to working in the apartment industry photographing Atlanta apartment communities and events for the Atlanta Apartment Association. Along the way I have enjoyed freelance and personal work, honing my craft, increasing my skill and passion. 
 
I offer a range of photography styles with a unique eye for lighting to fit your needs, ranging from business portfolio portraits, to engagements and weddings, to family and school pictures such as senior and graduation announcements; though, admittedly, the little ones (especially the furry babies) are a personal favorite. 
 
I love what I do. I love to capture those precious moments for you and your family and I strive to give you the best memories that will last forever. 

In my spare time I enjoy loving on our fur babies Jasper and Skyler, spending too much time messing with snapchat filters and words with friends, doing anything outdoors and getting away to my happy place- the beach!
